From an authentic Sicilian family of “carnezzieri” (butcher in our Palermitan dialect), Bricco e Bacco opened the first restaurant in 2003. 

From Monreale, a small town in Palermo, Bricco e Bacco specialises in serving typical “land flavours” pasta, grilled steaks, and perfect wine combinations.

Over the years, we evolved our competencies and improved our knowledge, providing our customers with the best Sicilian experience for typical dishes while combining steaks from around the world.

Taking inspiration from different cooking techniques, we serve our premium steaks into a hot Hymalain rock salt pan to provide a unique experience to our customers.
