Since the 1930s, our family has been perfecting the art of selecting and preparing premium steak for our customers. 

This passion has been a mainstay of the Bricco e Bacco story since the moment we opened our Palermian restaurant doors back in 2003.

Meet the team

Founded by Roberto & Giovanni, our small team are passionate about bringing traditional Sicilian dining and celebrated old-school Italian hospitality to Bricco e Bacco. 

Antonio, who heads up our kitchen, is an expert butcher and a true master of his craft.

And Dino, he’s the life and soul of Bricco e Bacco – you’re always guaranteed a great drink and plenty of laughs.
