On the nose, the bouquet is intense and complex, ranging from citrus and tropical fruit, with floral and pleasant notes and nuances of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh and enveloping with a pleasant savoury finish that lengthens its persistence.

it is very good with Seafood first courses, flans and baked fish. Very good too with delicate meats such as escalopes.
